Harold Riley Greetings Card- View From the Gallery

Harold Riley painting based a L.S Lowry drawing from 1925. The same view was recorded by Harold Riley twenty six years later in 1951 in gouache on paper and is show on the front of the card with the L.S Lowry sketch depicted on the back.

L.S Lowry and Riley were together on that ocassion sketching the view from Salford Art Gallery across what is now the University of Salford Campus.

Comes with an envelope.

Please Note: This greetings card has been in storage and therefore is in a Good/Fair Condition due to long term storage and may have slight yellowing to the edges and some slight storage marks. All funds raised from the sale of this item will go towards the upkeep of Salford Museums & Galleries.
